blobs

The blobs first came into being after a visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps. The horror was too much for me to be able to attirbute to humanity. I sought a way to describe the atrocities that would encourage understanding and compassion in any viewer. They have evolved to include kindnesses and simple events in life that show vulnerability. I intentionally blur the line between human and other types of animals. I describe them to children as being kind of like souls, without a color, age or gender or even species.
